Pedders polyuretanové silentbloky

Polyuretanové silentbloky Pedders mají vysokou odolnost proti tahu, tlaku a tření a zachovávají si svou tvrdost i za nejnáročnějších podmínek. Díky tomu jsou dobře vhodné pro potřeby těžkého zatížení, pevné kontroly zavěšení nebo tam, kde je očekáváno pravidelné působení korozivních materiálů.

Vlastnosti a výhody

• Kaleno lisovací trubky pro delší životnost a eliminaci klouzání nebo posuvu.
• Dvojitá spirála, použitá kolem vnějšího průměru lisovací trubky. Dvojitá spirála udržuje axiální polohu a zároveň umožňuje plný otočný pohyb čepu. Funguje také jako zásobník maziva, který dále prodlužuje životnost výrobku.
• Rýhování. Pro dodatečnou ochranu proti nežádoucímu opotřebení v silně namáhaných silentblocích.
• Střelcové drážky. Ty zajišťují správné předpětí a zároveň umožňují široké rozměrové tolerance a volné otáčení silentbloků.
